Setting of values for R- and RootR from MetasequoiaLE

To get a good flying model you have to take some parameters from MetasequoiaLE and put them into the tmd-file.

Lego created an easy understandable example for taking the values for R- and RootR in the tmd-file.

To have less work you can use my Excel-file.
